Clenching (Bruxism)

Bruxism is the occurrence of teeth grinding, squeaking and involuntary jaw clenching that occur during sleep or in situations of tension caused by stress. In this case, wear and fracture of the teeth, pain in the jaw joint (in front of the ear), headache and muscle pain can be seen. Persistent headaches can be caused by clenching your teeth.

Bruxism can be treated with transparent plaques that are specially prepared and used at night. These plaques have a protective and therapeutic role in the muscles, teeth and jaw joint.
